Seagate FreeAgent Theater HD Media Player and FreeAgent Go 500 GB USB 2.0 Portable External Hard Drive ST905004CEA1E1-RK Review

Over all this player is a good device for playing multimedia files on base. I purchased this camera before playing my extensive MP3 collection through my sound system. As others have spoken of a HDMI output with 1080p support is notably absent. The player is limited in what types of files that support to play my MP3 very well. The digital audio output is nice and you can select between LPCM or RAW format for external decoding. It would have been nice to have an optical inputproduction of some brands of receivers are limited in the number of available connections coax. A limitation of a great player who can be a firmware update is correct that you will not use the track number in the ID3 data for songs streamed album. The device simply uses alphabetical order to properly organize the tracks to play each song should be renamed with the track number in front of him. I also uploaded a couple of my favorite standard definition DVDdevice. The display quality is as good as could be expected given the source material. Audio playback using the raw form of a receiver has been good. An irritant, however, that it stops sometimes when you switch between video files throughout the film. I managed to overcome this obstacle by using my computer to combine video files into one big file. The disadvantage of this method is that you lose the chapter selection and how not to resume playback where you stopped it can be a greatheadache to fast forward to the point where you want to take advantage of the leave. The remote is basic and most types of credit cards that he lacks the power and must be carefully designed units. I plan to use a Logitech Harmony One surprise to come this. One encountered during the opening of this unit is that it requires two USB connections simultaneously. Not a huge problem, but I was prevented from using the only port that I have the cable my desktop, forcing me to go behind the tower PC to connect. On all Isatisfied with the unit, but certainly room for improvement and that is why only four stars. Read more... (738 words, 1 image, estimated 2:57 mins reading time)

Seagate FreeAgent Theater HD Media Player STCEA101-RK Review

I love this thing. I was a bit 'confused at first about how to view the videos actually, because when you scroll the picture if you leave to rest on a file name that starts to show videos on the right side of the screen in a small box. I tried to push the game that does not work, it seems that you have to press the "Enter." My TV is only 26 inches so I had no problems with the quality of the images above 140MB/half hours is usually displayed with minimal distortion, andanything above 170MB/half right time Read more... Seagate FreeAgent Theater HD Media Player Solution (Media Player Dock, PC Dock and FreeAgent Go 250 GB Portable Hard Drive) ST902503CEA1E1-RK Review

When I got my FreeAgent Theater, quietly dreamed of seeing my film and my pictures and listen to my favorite music … all digital and a space-saving device. Opening this package, I was less impressed by the glossy black plastic FreeAgent. Encouraging to know how the simple creation and operation of the airplane had to be in the manual. Read more... Seagate FreeAgent STCEA201-RK Theater+HD Media Player Station (Black) Review

This is exactly what I wanted, I have a Buffalo 2TB NAS that I have my movies, music and photo collections and I wanted to be able to access on my Samsung 47in HDTV. Seagate FreeAgent Theater + station hdmedia Player was a breeze to set the setup program and consisting of connecting the AC, an Ethernet connection for home network via a Netgear switch, connect My TV via HDMI, the Seagate FreeAgent Theater + hdmedia Player Central has about 60 seconds to find and identifyAll media shared on my network, not only on the NAS 2 TB Buffalo, but also on all computers connected to the network with shared media. Great reading for all forms of media, music, movies and photos. The remote is very simple and that the batteries are included. This unit has a large basin for the Seagate FreeAgent USB hard drive. I recommend that everyone wants a simple installation fast and easy to use to access all your media collections on their HDTV. Read more... (546 words, 1 image, estimated 2:11 mins reading time)

Seagate FreeAgent Theater HD Media Player (STCEA101-RK) Review

Player is good if you already have a FreeAgent Go drive and want to play the media in the living room. The reader works fine with any USB storage (hard disks, USB keys, etc.)
I love the slideshow transitions for photos (Nice for family reunions), and reproduces the content from my DVD that I put on my DVD player I have.
As someone has already said, it has HDMI, but support component / composite to work with any TV. They should be in HDMInext version, but does not limit anything with the current product. Read more... (472 words, 1 image, estimated 1:53 mins reading time)
